WE ARE Osterley Judo Club

AT OJC, we are not just about judo competitions and tournaments. Whilst this is an important part of Judo, we believe that we are so much more than this. Our club values encourage our members to build a healthier more disciplined lifestyle in mind, body and soul. We believe in ourselves and more importantly, we believe in the efforts we put into teaching our students and developing them to be the best versions of themselves inside and outside of the club.

Judo is for all ages

Judo practitioners of all ages experience physical and mental benefits through anaerobic and aerobic components. In this grapping art, there are no kicks, punches or striking. At OJC we prioritise safety and the first thing you will learn is how to fall safely.

Judo became an Olympic sport in 1964 and has been a Paralympic sport since 1988. As one of the world’s best-loved martial art, it has a strong international profile, with participation at all levels and ages on a global scale.
